No Refunds. No Exchanges. UNLESS of a defective item which is granted an exchange if contacted by email maiyad@theprettyp.co within 72 hours of receiving product(s).

Processing Time: 1-2 business day to process order before shipping.

Shipping: 2 Day UPS Shipping. If ordered Friday after 6pm ET orders will not be shipped until Monday. There will be NO Holiday shipping. Please wait until next business day for orders to be shipped after a Holiday (New Years Eve, New Years, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas)

Local Pick Up / Drop Offs: Available to customers in Midtown and Buckhead area. You will be contacted via phone for the best meet up time or drop off time.

Monday - Thursday: anytime after 5pm no later than 10pm

Friday - Sunday: Noon - 8pm
